The NJDSC is bringing back the Building Our Future Training program in 2024! We are excited to announce our four week training program for future Democratic candidates and political operatives. Anyone who you see potential in as a future candidate, operative, or a dedicated volunteer will benefit from this program. About the Program:
The half in person and half virtual program promises to be an extensive and all-encompassing educational experience for individuals looking to deepen their understanding of politics and campaigns. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various areas of political campaigns, including finance, fundraising, communication, and field operations. Attendees will hear from a diverse set of speakers, including experienced operatives and elected officials from different backgrounds.

This week NJDSC's Muslim Caucus hosted an Iftar with local community leaders, and as Chairman, I was deeply moved by the experience. It was a privilege to come together during Ramadan, breaking fast alongside esteemed colleagues and friends. Sharing this sacred tradition with one another fostered a sense of unity and understanding that transcends political boundaries. This event exemplified the power of inclusivity and dialogue in strengthening our communities. I left the Iftar with a profound appreciation for the richness of New Jersey's cultural fabric and a renewed commitment to championing diversity and equality.

The March 2024 Jobs report unveils a significant milestone in the American recovery journey, a testament to the resilient vision and steadfast leadership of President Biden's administration. Inheriting an economy teetering on the edge three years ago, President Biden embarked on a mission to revitalize the nation's economic landscape. With the creation of 303,000 new jobs in March alone [[link removed]] , the administration celebrates surpassing the milestone of 15 million jobs generated since taking office. Each job represents not just a number, but a life touched, a family supported, and a community strengthened.

President Biden's approach to economic revitalization, focused on growing from the middle out and bottom up, has yielded tangible results. Unemployment rates have consistently remained below 4%, marking the longest period of sustained low unemployment in over half a century. Wages are on an upward trajectory, empowering workers and bolstering consumer confidence. Equally significant is the marked decline in inflation, a testament to the administration's prudent fiscal policies.
