Did you know? Spring hearings hosted by the Wisconsin DNR and Wisconsin Conservation Congress are coming up next week.

Wisconsin citizens have the opportunity to elect delegates to the Wisconsin Conservation Congress, who advise the Natural Resources Board and the Department of Natural Resources on how to responsibly manage Wisconsin’s natural resources for present and future generations.

All 72 counties will host a spring hearing on April 8, 2024 at 6 p.m. It’s an opportunity for the public to provide input on a variety of natural resource-related questions, as well as elect their county’s delegates to the Wisconsin Conservation Congress. If you are interested in running for a seat, be sure to bring proof of residency.
