What kind of roles are available?

So many! We have a particular need for people in our social media, press, digital and events teams, as well as a warehouse manager, social scientists and data analysts - and many, many more roles! And we're always on the lookout for people who are good at organising teams and supporting people.

What's it like to volunteer with XR?

Probably unlike anything you've done before! New joiners are often surprised by the amount of autonomy they have, and enjoy how different a movement feels from your average day at work. Your team will?be made up of people who are experts in their roles and others who are learning as they go.

But aren't they all full time and in London??
Roles aren't one size fits all. Want a big role and a lot of responsibility? There are roles for you. Want small tasks with no regular meetings? There are roles for you. Nearly all roles are remote.
