Hi John,
Wow, the turnout and the energy for our first-ever DemFest and our 7th Annual Obama Gala was phenomenal!
We had over 400 attendees for DemFest, including union members, advocacy groups, candidates, supporters, panelists, elected officials, new and returning voters, volunteers and more.
The Obama Gala was also a smashing success! Every seat was full, the energy was high, Senator Booker delivered an incredible keynote address, and our Party raised the resources necessary to be on the winning track heading into this pivotal election year.
Folks from all across our beautiful state came together in Denver to connect with the community, engage with fellow Democrats, and build the momentum we’ll need to win in November.
Below are some highlights from DemFest and the Obama Gala. You can also check us out on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram at @coloradodems for more photos and videos.

Senator Cory Booker gave a rousing, humorous, and powerful speech during the Obama Gala.
Now that we’re energized and excited, we’re ready to put all that energy into hard work over the next eight months.
In the coming weeks, you will hear more from our team about how we are utilizing these resources to prepare for competitive elections in every corner of the State. We have a lot of work to do, but based on the energy and enthusiasm we saw on Saturday we have little doubt that we are heading towards success in November.
Nothing less than our very democracy is at stake this November, and it’s going to take all of us putting in the work to protect and defend it. Help us protect our legislative majorities, re-elect Yadira Caraveo and President Joe Biden, oust Lauren Boebert, and prevent Donald Trump from going back to the White House by chipping in a few bucks >> [[link removed]]
Thank you,
