Girl Scout Day

Saturday, April 6


With the National Constitution Center, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts can enjoy an action-packed day full of programs and activities. Girl Scouts will discover more about topics like the Constitutional Convention, the branches of the federal government, American elections, the jury system, and more – all while meeting Citizen Legacy and Democracy badge requirements. Scouts may also learn how women won the vote by exploring the history of the women’s suffrage movement and passage of the 19th Amendment. Our Girl Scout Days feature theatre shows, interactive trivia games, workshops, and more!

Wawa Day with Free Museum Admission

Tuesday, April 16 | 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.


On April 16, the National Constitution Center joins Wawa in celebrating 60 years as part of your communities.

 

Wawa invites visitors to enjoy free admission to the National Constitution Center on April 16, along with an array of Philly-fun festivities, designed to celebrate both Wawa and the city it calls home! Learn more

·      Kids Town Hall: The Story of Philadelphia

Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA Day

With the National Constitution Center, Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA members can enjoy an action-packed day full of programs and activities! Special workshops for Cub Scouts will explore the meaning of citizenship, and highlight the history and meaning behind the American flag – including lessons on proper flag etiquette. Scouts BSA members can work towards their Citizenship in the Nation, Law, and American Heritage badges at customized programs, including interactive trivia games, Q & A sessions with legal experts, law enforcement officers, and more!

Sensory Friendly Day

Sunday, April 21


Join the National Constitution Center for its Sensory-Friendly Days, an accessible learning experience for people of all abilities and their families. Visitors with sensory-processing challenges can experience the museum in a secure and comfortable environment that includes modified programming and emotionally safe spaces with sensory objects, comfortable seating, and cool blue lighting.
