Dear John,

TWO MAJOR VICTORIES FOR VOTERS IN THE BATTLEGROUND STATE OF WISCONSIN
WHO UNITED AND DECLARED ELECTIONS BELONG TO THE PEOPLE, NOT TO
OUT-OF-STATE BILLIONAIRES.

IN A HISTORIC MOVE, 54% OF VOTERS HAVE APPROVED A CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENT THAT FURTHER STRENGTHENS THE BAN ON PRIVATE FUNDING OF
ELECTIONS. This landmark decision, put forward by Republicans and
Wisconsin voters in response to the alarming influence of outside
donations, solidifies Wisconsin's commitment to elections free from
the influence of private funding and outside interests.

Despite fierce opposition from Democrats and liberal organizations,
the will of the people prevails, marking a significant milestone in
our ongoing efforts to protect the foundation of our Constitutional
Republic.

58% OF VOTERS HAVE ALSO APPROVED ANOTHER CRUCIAL AMENDMENT EMPHASIZING
THAT ONLY ELECTION OFFICIALS CAN ADMINISTER ELECTIONS. While already
established in state law, enshrining this principle in the
constitution ensures its enduring protection against any future
attempts to undermine it.

Democrats opposed both measures, as these amendments sever significant
hyper-partisan voter turnout mechanisms that have purportedly
influenced elections by as much as 20% in swing states and counties.

BOTH CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS were prompted from the large influx of
grant money Wisconsin received in 2020 from Zuckerberg's Center for
Tech and Civic Life during the COVID-19 pandemia, which saw a
staggering $300 million donation from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg
and his wife, Priscilla Chan.

NOTABLY, WISCONSIN'S FIVE LARGEST CITIES, all won by President Joe
Biden, received a combined $8.8 million of this funding, while
approximately 200 communities statewide benefited from around $10
million, part of a larger $350 million distributed nationally.  

Act for America has helped 27 states enact legislation to prohibit or
limit the acceptance of private election grants beginning in 2020. We
have 23 states to go to protect exploitation of our election
vulnerabilities with one of the Left’s top 3 most effective,
partisan voter turnout mechanisms in their playbook!

NEARLY 1.5 MILLION DIRECT-TO-LAWMAKER ACTIONS TAKEN BY MEMBERS AND
FRIENDS ALONG 217 THOUSAND POSTS ON X (TWITTER) AND FACEBOOK BY OUR
DIGITAL ACTIVIST COMMUNITY! _THAT’S REAL PEOPLE POWER!_

CONSERVATIVES ARE INCREASINGLY TURNING TO BALLOT INITIATIVES AS A
POWERFUL TOOL TO CIRCUMVENT OBSTACLES POSED BY A VETO-HAPPY GOVERNOR
OR A LEGISLATURE CONTROLLED BY LEFTIST INTERESTS THAT DO NOT ALIGN
WITH CONSTITUTIONAL VALUES.

THE SUCCESSFUL PASSAGE OF THESE TWO STATE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS IN
WISCONSIN SERVES AS A TESTAMENT TO THE TRUE POWER OF THE PEOPLE WHEN
THEY ACTIVELY ENGAGE IN THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS. By participating in a
living representative republic, voters have demonstrated their ability
to shape the future of their state and uphold the principles upon
which their nation was founded. This victory underscores the
importance of grassroots activism and civic engagement in safeguarding
our Republic and ensuring that government remains accountable to the
will of the people.

Let us celebrate this momentous occasion and reaffirm our dedication
to a Republic by and for the people.
