It is clear as this pandemic now spreads throughout the United States and begins to grow in less fortunate nations throughout the world, that this is one of the most profound crises that has ever happened in the history of mankind.

Consider the crisis from a global perspective:

We are facing the combined effects of a global financial system blowing out and major financial disruption, large parts of the global economy shut down leaving billions of people in the poorest nations and communities of the world to fend for themselves without resources or government bailouts, and at the same time millions threatened with death in every nation of the world by the expanding pandemic of the novel coronavirus.

This is not another Great Depression or World War. Rather this crisis threatens both greater loss of jobs, economic disruption and loss of life than both of these tragedies combined. It requires LaRouche's very specific proposals: the?Four New Laws for Economic Recovery and a new international system premised on the requirements for extended human population growth via great nation collaboration between the U.S., Russia, China, and India.

As early as December 28, 1974, 46 years ago, in New York City, Lyndon LaRouche presented the case that there would be an eruption of severe pandemics if the insane practices of the global financial elites were not ended, i.e. practices that are based on Imperial herd culling and population reduction schemes.
