Hi,

Israel’s military killed seven World Central Kitchen aid workers this week
while they attempted to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza. The aid workers
were hit with multiple attacks, and the head of the aid group, José
Andrés, called the air strikes direct, targeted attacks against aid
workers.^1

Twice over the last week, President Biden decided to send 3,800 more bombs
to Israel,^2,3 even as Israel’s horrific war on Gaza has killed aid
workers and over 30,000 civilians, and continues to block food and water
from reaching the Palestinian people.

The U.S. government must stop supporting the atrocities carried out by
Netanyahu’s regime. One weapons transfer that Congress can stop President
Biden from carrying through is the sale of $18 billion of fighter jets to
Israel.

One of Biden’s closest allies in the Senate, Sen. Chris Coons, just said
he supports conditioning aid to Israel.^4 And Sen. Elizabeth Warren has
expressed strong opposition to the proposed fighter jet sale to Israel.^5

for Netanyahu’s war.

ADD YOUR NAME

President Biden’s two recent weapons transfers sent over 3,800 American
bombs to Israel, on top of the over $570 million of weapons President
Biden had already sent Netanyahu since the start of this war.^6

While Israel claims it is following international law in Gaza, report
after report from independent organizations show that Israel is blocking
water, food, and other humanitarian aid from reaching the Palestinian
people.^7 The tragic deaths of aid workers killed by the Israeli military
is further proof of Israel’s breaches of humanitarian law.

Israel blocking aid also means American weapons shipments to Israel are
very likely a breach of U.S. law under the Foreign Assistance Act.^8 It’s
a moral failing AND a rebuke of the rule of law to send these bombs to
Netanyahu.

Hamas's attacks beginning on October 7 must be condemned, but Israel's
response has been disproportionate and taken an extraordinary civilian
toll for nearly six months.

Congress must take a stand to halt more weapons going to Israel. And
President Biden must immediately change course.
