To win this toss-up race, it’s going to take all of us working together. That’s why I’m so grateful each time someone chooses to contribute and invest in our campaign. Our extremist GOP opponent, Mark Robinson, and the right-wing national Republicans want to undermine our rights; it would drag us backward. And they’re willing to spend significant sums in an attempt to defeat me. I’ve told you before what it could mean if we let Mark Robinson win: hollowed out public schools, a total ban on abortion (with no exceptions for cases of rape or incest), and LGBTQ+ hate codified into law. So when a grassroots supporter steps up to help power this fight, it reassures me that we’re building a campaign capable of defeating Robinson’s backwardness and the GOP money machine powering his campaign.
