President Biden’s policies in Gaza are morally bankrupt AND an electoral
liability in November. He’s actually sending more U.S. bombs to Israel
despite his statements of concern over the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
Biden’s failed policies are the reason we’ve helped lead protest vote
campaigns across the country with over half a million voters warning Biden
that he could lose in November if he doesn’t end support for Netanyahu’s
atrocities. On Tuesday, Wisconsin added nearly 50,000 protest votes to
that total — which is more than Biden's margin of victory against Trump in
2020.
AIPAC has said any criticism of Netanyahu’s war against the Palestinian
people is unacceptable. Is Biden listening more to AIPAC than the voter
base of the Democratic Party? It sure seems like it. If we don’t end the
influence of AIPAC in Democratic politics, Biden is in serious electoral
trouble and the people of Gaza will continue to suffer.

Netanyahu has shown no willingness to slow down the bombing campaigns in
Gaza. Over 30,000 civilians are dead. 7 World Central Kitchen aid workers
were killed by the Israeli army earlier this week. And at least a million
Palestinians are facing starvation because Israel continues to block
humanitarian aid.
The discrepancy between Biden’s words and actions must be addressed if he
wants to win back the voting coalition needed in Wisconsin and other key
swing states.
AIPAC is using $100 million this election cycle to try to silence critics
of Israel’s war. How much is that influencing President Biden’s decisions
to continue sending bombs to Israel — bombs that are killing thousands and
thousands of Palestinians?
AIPAC’s big right-wing dark money isn’t going to stop unless we fight
back. And we’re doing just that by urging the Democratic Party to keep
AIPAC out of primaries AND showing President Biden that supporting
Netanyahu’s war is unacceptable.
