Palm Beach County Republican Party GOP RUN-OFF ELECTION RESULTS! Republicans WON Muni RUN-OFF RACES IN WELLINGTON on April 2nd! Republican candidates Amanda Silvestri, Seat 1, and Maria Antuna, Seat 4, had decisive wins in their Wellington run-off races on April 2nd ; both candidates won impressively by 3.5% for each race. “The Election Operations (EO) team (Michelle Russo, Ashlyn Held and Emily Bavouset) was intent on pushing Candidates over the finish line and we succeeded. The EO phone/text banking volunteers spent countless hours reaching voters and were outstanding in GOTV. Our South, Central and North Region Directors, Jessica Jansen, Lynn Redmond and Jenine Milum, led the REC ground game and Party at the Polls, along with many dedicated volunteers. A big thank you to the team that made it happen! The March Municipal election builds the momentum in our drive for winning the August primaries and the November General Election.” – Ashlyn Held, Candidate Recruitment Chairman Palm Beach County Municipals 2024 ** Republican Election Results in 2024 with a 58% win overall (15 races / 26 races) ** 20 Republican races Unopposed ** 30 Republican Candidates and 26 Republican Races ** Republican voters flipped 3 seats: Tom Carney, Delray Beach Mayor, Bridget Moran, Palm Beach Town Council, Mimi May, Lake Worth Town Council ** Mayor Seat -Delray Beach was flipped in a long standing 40% Democrat stronghold ** Surpassed previous Palm Beach County Municipal race records ** Palm Beach County leading Florida with the highest Election Day voter turnout in the state MUNI 2024 REPUBLICAN & INCUMBENT WINNERS CANDIDATE Tom Carney Michael Brown [I] Peggy Wheeler [I] Mimi May Phillis Maniglia [I] Anita Kane [I] Orlando Puyol Geoff Pugh [I] David Hutchins [I] Ainar Aijala [I] Bridget Moran Rick Sartory [I] Michael Napoleone [I] Amanda Silvestri Maria Antuna MUNICIPALITY Delray Beach Mayor Hypoluxo Mayor Juno Beach Mayor Lake Worth Loxahatchee 1 Loxahatchee 3 North Palm Beach 3 Ocean Ridge Ocean Ridge Ocean Ridge Palm Beach Town Council Tequesta 5 Wellington Mayor Wellington 1 Wellington 4 2024 RNC DELEGATE QUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT Dear Palm Beach County Republicans, If you are interested in attending the 2024 Republican National Convention to be held July 15– July 18, 2024 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 3 Delegates and 3 Alternate Delegates will be selected from each Congressional District (“CD”) in Florida from residents of that CD (note that CDs can include multiple counties; selection is by CD and not county). Selected Delegates and Alternates will be responsible for paying all of their own costs, which the RPOF estimates could total $5,000 per person (including airfare, hotel, meals, local transportation and participation costs). Anyone who wishes to become a Delegate or Alternate should submit the delegate qualifying form to the RPOF at least three days before each CD caucus meeting as shown below. Due to the high demand for the Party’s limited delegate spots, we are asking that everyone that wishes to become a delegate run in their congressional district caucuses. All necessary information and forms to become a delegate can be found at [link removed] Palm Beach County Caucus Selection Dates and Locations: CD 20 April 13th at 9:30am 10 Fairway Drive, Suite 302 Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 CD 21 April 20th at 10am Martin County REC Headquarters 2153 SE Ocean Blvd. Stuart, FL 34996 CD 22 April 13th at 1pm Republican Party of Palm Beach County Office 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., Suite 1105 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 CD 23 April 13th at 9:30am 10 Fairway Drive, Suite 302 Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 FLORIDA INSTITUTE FOR POLITICAL LEADERSHIP, APRIL 9 & 10 Greetings, The Florida Institute for Political Leadership (FIPL) is pleased to announce our next virtual Campaign School & Community Leadership Training. FLORIDA TOPS ALL STATES FOR REPUBLICAN VOTER REGISTRATION The state of Florida now has more registered Republican voters than any state in the country, with 5,185,882 registered voters! Republicans have 824,951 more registered voters than Democrats in the state of Florida. The widest margin ever! While we have been adding thousands of Republican voters to the voter rolls, Democrats have been losing voters. This is the largest advantage Republicans have ever had in Florida and if the totals keep trending like they have been, the difference could be over 1 million voters by the 2024 elections, which would be huge. We need to keep registering more Republican voters in Palm Beach County. Please encourage your friends and neighbors especially new neighbors who may have moved in from out of state to register to vote and to register as Republicans. Here is the link to register to vote on the Palm Beach County SOE website: [link removed] Kevin Neal Chairman Palm Beach County Republican Executive Committee PRESIDENT TRUMP ENDORSES EARLY VOTING AND VOTE-BY-MAIL President Trump recently came out in support of Vote-by-Mail and Early In-Person Voting in states that allow it (Like Florida). This comes as Governor Ron DeSantis has also come out in support of Early Voting and won the Early Vote in 2022 (Vote-by-Mail + Early Voting). REQUEST YOUR VOTE-BY-MAIL BALLOT The FloridaGOP is asking you to request your Vote-by-Mail Ballot to ensure that you have a ballot automatically sent to you, which helps remind you of upcoming elections. After you receive your vote-by-mail ballot, you still have three options: 1. Fill it out and return it by mail (all counties allow you to track your ballot, just like Fedex) 2. Fill it out and drop it off at an Elections Office or Early Voting Location in your county. 3. Voting in person is recommended. As long as your vote-by-mail ballot has not been received by the SOE, your in-person vote will automatically cancel your vote-by-mail ballot. You do not have to bring it with you, but if you do, make sure the poll worker marks "Void" across it to make sure it can't be used by anyone else. If you are a Republican in Florida (Yes, even you Election Day-only voters) I am asking you to contact your County's Election Office RIGHT NOW to request your ballot over the phone. Here’s the link to request a Vote-By-Mail ballot in Palm Beach County: [link removed] VOTE-BY-MAIL JOIN THE PALM BEACH COUNTY REPUBLICAN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE (REC) And serve as your precinct's committee person.
