Dear John,

After four decades of policy choices privileging ever-larger corporate behemoths, our economy is now ruled by a small clique of supersized, dominant firms. As these corporations become larger and they and their owners accumulate more power, they threaten to imperil our economy, exacerbate inequality, and endanger worker rights. The Roosevelt Institute is excited to invite you to two upcoming webinars. One will explore the settled constitutionality of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and other agencies and just what’s at stake if opponents succeed in dismantling them. The other will feature a panel covering our latest research on how the US tax code affects market concentration and how to reform the tax code in a way that levels the economic playing field.
