We're in court again today, team.

A Tennessee trial court will hear arguments in Blackmon v. State of Tennessee, our case on behalf of seven women who were denied abortions despite life and health-threatening pregnancy complications, and two physicians who could face severe penalties for providing abortion care. Will you step up again to support our work to protect abortion access?

Every plaintiff's story is uniquely tragic, but they all share a common thread: A pregnant patient was denied necessary health care because politicians in her state put their extreme views about abortion above her health and above the judgment and training of health care professionals.

Cases like this one in Tennessee, and similar legal actions the Center for Reproductive Rights has brought in Texas and Idaho, are directly tied to the support of our generous donors. Thanks to people like you, we are changing the way people think about abortion by shining a spotlight on how extreme abortion bans deprive pregnant people whose health is at risk of their most fundamental human rights.

MAKE A GIFT

Because of you, attorneys like me can fight to change these extreme abortion bans and prevent more suffering. Thank you for ensuring the Center has the resources to take on new fights wherever our expertise is needed.

Onward,
