Rulemaking hearing
On March 28, 2024, Employment Security Department filed a CR-102 to create a new chapter of rules for Paid Family and Medical Leave. The proposed new chapter implements a transportation network company pilot program created by Substitute House Bill 1570 [ [link removed] ] that passed during the 2023 legislative session. The pilot program will take place from July 1, 2024, through December 31, 2028.
An open public hearing will be held to solicit feedback on the proposal.
