Chef Richard Cusack has been trained in classical French cuisine and has worked In Paris, New York and Philadelphia. He is currently the chef owner of June BYOB and Cafe le Jardin. June BYOB is a small restaurant in Collingswood, NJ that offers fine dinning experience with a casual atmosphere. The menu changes very often do to seasonal changes and how the chef is inspired. The restaurant is named after Chef Richard's mother because it is the root of where he began to love cooking. |
