Democrats have been fighting for paid sick leave, unemployment benefits, and direct cash payments to individuals affected by the pandemic.
However, in the middle of this pandemic, Republicans proposed excluding some health centers, disability providers, and nursing homes from receiving federal assistance. And they did all of this while proposing massive corporate bailouts and handouts to Trump’s companies.
As long as Kamala is in the Senate she will fight for the people, not big corporations, but she can’t do it alone.
