Renewable energy resources require the use of mineral-intensive technologies; many of these minerals have been deemed “critical” by the U.S. Geological Survey. The panelists discussed the need to onshore domestic mineral supply chains and how we can capitalize on the use of these minerals to secure and expand the United States’ energy grid.
