The Florida Supreme Court recently ruled that the amendment to enshrine abortion rights in the Florida Constitution WILL be on the ballot this November. 

Make no mistake: abortion is a winning issue. Since the fall of Roe, every time abortion access has been put on the ballot, voters have voted YES.

And the numbers in Florida are on our side: 94% of Democrats, 81% of Independents, and 62% of Republicans agree that abortion should be a private decision, free from government interference. 

But the SECOND the ruling came down, anti-choice zealots nationwide sprang into action to dump money into Florida in an attempt to lie to voters about what the amendment actually does.
