We are about halfway through cockfighting season, and Mexican Rodeos are just starting up.
We figured it was time for a quick update on the cockfighting front. Since November we have been all over the country. Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Florida, and Ohio.
We have had alot of success across all of our fronts. From breaking up cockfights, making arrests and issuing citations, to seemingly permanently shutting down some cockfighting pits!
Our focus lately has been in Texas and Oklahoma. Police corruption is especially
rampant in those states, but even there, our persistence is breaking both the cockfighters and bad cops. Meanwhile, we are happy to work with good cops who are trying to do the right thing.
We want to thank ALL of our supporters for making all the calls and emails that you do, and for keeping your ears to the ground for anything and everything you hear. We couldn't have the success that we do without you.
