Relief for Small Dairies as Oregon Department of Agriculture Walks Back Expensive New Mandates

The Oregon Department of Agriculture has withdrawn a policy that would have subjected farms milking only a handful of animals to expensive regulations designed for massive dairies—and pushed by those same large dairies to hurt their smaller competition. IJ's lawsuit continues, though, as nothing stops the Department from reintroducing the policy.
