Friend,



My parents grew up in the Jim Crow South.



At every turn, they faced hate and discrimination. They were told they were
less than because of the color of their skin.



With the help of brave Americans across the country, we dismantled the Jim
Crow era. Now, my parents, who had to use “colored” water fountains, have a son
who’s serving in Washington DC.



Only in America could we go from Jim Crow to Congress in one generation, and
my family and I are living proof.

DEFEND THE AMERICAN DREAM

The Left think that because I’m a Republican, I’m not really black.



Joe Biden certainly thinks so. Just listen to his “you ain’t black” or “he’s
gonna put y’all back in chains” tirades.



Let me be clear, those statements aren’t gaffes, they are indicative of how
Democratstruly feel.



Democrats believe that to be “black” means that you must be dependent on them.



That is their entire business model. Democrats know that if they can keep
black Americans just poor enough to where they’re not starving—that the voters
will be dependent on the handouts that the Democrats offer them.

I have a message to those Democrats like Biden who say that people like Tim
Scott, Thomas Sowell, Clarence Thomas and me “ain’t black.”



I’m a Republican BECAUSE I’m black, not in spite of it.

* I believe in opportunity for all people regardless of skin color.
* I believe in every American’s right to think for themselves.
* I believe in conservative values and economic prosperity.


When I see the woke mob trying to divide us based on where we come from or
what we look like, I’m reminded of the segregated society my parents grew up in.



That TERRIFIES ME.

The woke mob has created an economy of race hatred that keeps people angry
enough to continue to vote for them.

I’m dedicated to defeating them.

America is the land of opportunity, and I ran for Congress because I will do
everything in my power to keep it that way.



Now, I need your help. I’m a top target for the bigoted Left because my
family’s story is living proof of what is possible for black Americans. Will
you chip in now and help me continue my fight?
