We’re gearing up to hire 34 paid fellows to provide crucial support to our candidates and volunteer teams and help with voter outreach and mobilization.
Our fellows will play a key part in building the organizing infrastructure we need to win in swing states, but staffing up like this takes resources.

To elect progressive champions and win elections in the most urgent states, we have to strengthen our volunteer power and meet voters where they are.
And to do that, we need to have the staff to execute and scale up our plans for 2024.
Right now, we’re hiring paid fellows to support early organizing and GOTV, our National Phonebank program, and our digital efforts.
Their crucial work will help add much-needed capacity to our team, recruit more volunteers, and reach more voters across our 7 target states — all while gaining valuable hands-on experience to help progressives win cycle after cycle!
