*Wineries - Rules for Wineries: Custom Crush Contracts*

The Liquor and Cannabis Board has a new Enforcement Bulletin [ [link removed] ] offering clarification on the rules for wineries producing for other wineries, also referred to as Custom Crush Contracts.

It is important to follow these rules to avoid jeopardizing your license.

Please read the Bulletin and contact your Manufacturer, Importer, and Wholesaler (MIW) Enforcement Officer if you have questions about the requirements or related topics.
