Team,
Over the last few weeks, you heard from my team about all we’re doing to turn our campaign into a 100% virtual operation.
Like the rest of the country (and much of the rest of the world), we’re practicing social distancing and working hard to keep our communities healthy while continuing to reach out to voters across our district.
This week’s FEC deadline was our first major hurdle since implementing all these changes, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how online supporters like you stepped up to help us hit our goal without missing a beat.
I’m more committed than ever to standing up for working families here in Kansas and across the country – I know many of you feel the same way.
I’m working with my colleagues in Congress to keep providing support and relief to workers, hospitals, and small businesses in this time of crisis. The three pieces of legislation we’ve passed so far are just the beginning of what our country needs in order to stay strong through the coronavirus pandemic.
I know many of you are looking for ways to support our communities and frontline workers while maintaining a safe distance to keep yourself and others healthy.
If you are able, please consider donating to help them continue their important work:
You’ll be hearing more from me and my team about what we’re doing to keep fighting for Kansas families soon.
In the meantime, please enjoy these photos of the newest addition to Team Sharice, Nala, who was one of the many shelter animals that need temporary or permanent homes during the pandemic. Bonus: they make great stay-at-home buddies!
Stay safe, and thank you again for your help!
