Dear John,

I want to thank you for your support of the Center for American Liberty.

Your generosity continues to help fund our critical lawsuits against the radical left and its schemes to destroy our freedoms over the last 30 days.

Specifically, this is what you helped the Center for American Liberty accomplish last month:

 
  • We sent a demand letter to the city of Port Townsend, Washington and the YMCA demanding they reinstate the membership of grandmother Julie Jaman – who was banned for life from the YMCA for confronting a transgender man in the ladies’ locker room who was watching two little girls undress.
  • We filed a new lawsuit on behalf of Michigan Rep. Matt Maddock challenging the Michigan House of Representatives unconstitutional censorship of political speech – after the House Business Office refused to publish his newsletter critical of left-wing Governor Whitmer. (They published newsletters praising the Governor.)
  • We also filed another lawsuit on behalf of Shawn McBreairty defending his right to Free Speech after an attorney for a school district in Maine demanded Shawn take down an article he published or face legal action. Shawn’s story exposed the school district’s radical transgender bathroom policy allowing boys in the girls’ locker rooms.
 

John, this is just a small snapshot of the cases we’re working on. 

Nearly every week, at least one of our cases has a brief or response due, a motion to file, a hearing to prepare for, or some other critical deadline.

So, when I say we’re able to push back, DEFEAT, and STOP the radical Left from trampling our religious liberties and Constitutional rights, it is because of you…

I mean it.

In fact, with your continued support, I’m confident we will continue to win these critical new lawsuits and stop the radical Left.
