Patriot,
The silence is deafening.
And it means big trouble for you and me.
Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) is being very secretive about his
plans for renewing the unconstitutional mass surveillance program
being used against millions of Americans, Section 702 of the
Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
All we know for certain is Johnson plans to bring Section 702
legislation to the floor when Congress returns next week.
And the Deep State has been working overtime to convince him to
ram renewal of the spy program through at the last minute.
If Congress doesn't act, Section 702 will expire in just 16 days
- as it should.
But you and I both know the statists will once again say it's an
"emergency," and they must renew 702 now.
Speaker Johnson has already asked two competing bills need to be
brought to a compromise.
There is no "compromise" between unconstitutional tyranny and
honoring your constitutional rights.
That's why it's so critical you contact Speaker Johnson and
DEMAND he END unconstitutional warrantless mass surveillance of
American citizens.
The House Judiciary Committee passed a Section 702 reform bill
last year that would have reined in the Deep State and had
strong, bipartisan support.
But the Deep State cronies on the House Intelligence Committee
want unconstitutional mass surveillance not only to continue, but
to grow.
By all appearances, Speaker Mike Johnson is with the Deep State.
The last time we were in this situation, Johnson was going to
allow a bill to go to the House floor - until Mike Turner (R-OH),
chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, ran around touting
"classified information of a very bad national security threat"
during a House Rules Committee hearing.
Turner's false flag shut down real reform, and Mike Johnson
allowed it.
Now, the Deep State is working overtime to not only renew but
expand the Deep State's authority to unconstitutionally spy on
you and me.
Patriot, it's become clear: the statists in the House are the
biggest threat to reforming FISA and protecting your freedom and
privacy.
That's why it's so critical you contact Speaker Johnson -even if
you've done so before - and DEMAND he END unconstitutional
warrantless mass surveillance of American citizens.
We will not accept anything less than the restoration of our
rights!

The biggest reason they're so bent on maintaining this program is
for political purposes.
It's obvious from the mass media their narrative going into the
November election will be "right wing domestic terrorism" - and
the Deep State will play a critical role in shaping this
narrative.
The Deep State says they need millions of private communications,
including yours, to identify as many targets as possible . . .
and the House Intelligence bill that Johnson likely wants to
bring to the floor would make it even easier while trampling on
your Fourth Amendment rights along the way!
The House Intelligence bill expands the definition of "electronic
communication service providers" to include basically every wi-fi
network.
"Hotels, libraries, coffee shops, and other places that offer
wi-fi to their customers could be forced to serve as surrogate
spies. They could be required to configure their systems to
ensure that they can provide the government access to entire
streams of communications," warns former Justice Department
lawyer Marc Zwillinger.
He would know. The FBI has an extraordinary history of lying to
FISA judges - and they do so with impunity! They are not even
required to swear to the accuracy of the information they present
to the FISA court.
This is completely out of control and must be stopped now.
Contact Speaker Mike Johnson right now and DEMAND he oppose any
renewal of section 702 of FISA that doesn't restore our rights.

We have so many issues that are going to be decided in the next
few weeks - all of them critical.
We need to deliver as many petitions as possible to House Speaker
Mike Johnson, but we also need to prepare for battles over
foreign aid spending, the WHO Treaty, and more.
So if you can, after sending your directive to Speaker Johnson,
please make an emergency contribution to Campaign for Liberty to
help us reach more patriots.

The Deep State is hell-bent on collecting every American's
emails, phone records, text messages, Internet searches, instant
messages, online purchases, and social media posts.
But they can't do it without the votes of Congress - and we need
to pressure every member of Congress, starting with the Speaker,
to STOP THE SURVEILLANCE STATE.

If you can, please also make a contribution of $100, $50, $25,
$10, or whatever you can afford to help us inform and mobilize
more patriots for this battle.

P.S. We know there is bipartisan opposition to mass surveillance
in the House. Both the House Judiciary Committee and Rules
Committee - two powerful committees - support major reforms to
FISA to protect our privacy under the Fourth Amendment.
But we need to push as hard as possible on Speaker Mike Johnson
who has not come out strong on the issue.
Speaker Johnson needs to be told by patriots like you: it's time
to stop abusing the Fourth Amendment. It's time to stop spying on
innocent Americans.
Sign your directive now.
