The Florida Supreme Court ruled IN FAVOR of the ballot initiative to let the people — and not extremist politicians — decide the future of abortion rights in Florida this November!

But there's bad news, too: The court just triggered Ron DeSantis’ 6-week ban — which means we have 29 days until it goes into effect.

This decision could spell life or death for millions of Floridians and untold pain for their families.

But friend, please believe me when I say all hope is not lost.

It's now on us to fight harder than ever to restore the rights we never should have lost in the first place. But with anti-choice extremists like Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis shelling out MILLIONS to strip us of our rights, we'll only succeed if every single one of us shows up at the polls this fall.

That's why I've set an EMERGENCY $100,000 GOAL to sound the alarm statewide.
