Before we share this widely, we wanted to give supporters like you a first look at a unique communications tool: an ArcGIS Story Map. Story Maps combine map data with photos, video, text, and other elements to interactively share information, and Washington Environmental Council created one that focuses on their Forest Program!

Explore the important work that WEC's forest team does every day by scrolling and clicking through the application. Watch videos about major projects, learn more about advocacy efforts, and see the areas impacted.

You can learn about how WEC promotes ecologically sustainable forestry on public and private lands, including improving management practices through policy, hosting an annual conference on climate-smart forestry, and helping secure funding for conservation efforts and community forests.
