Friend, I've got good news and bad news: The Florida Supreme Court just ruled to keep abortion rights on the ballot this November, but they also ruled to uphold Ron DeSantis' 6-week ban. That means that this ballot initiative is our chance to overturn DeSantis' extreme ban and restore our reproductive freedom.

The tides are changing in Florida. And this ballot initiative has a very good chance of passing. Recent polling shows that 62% of voters, including a majority of Republicans, support passing it. And a massive 75% of voters oppose the extreme six-week ban that will take effect in 29 days.

This is what a powerful grassroots movement can accomplish. And that's exactly what we need to defeat Rick Scott and stop him from passing a nationwide ban on abortions.

Listen, Rick Scott wants you to believe that our home is a red state. But that couldn't be further from the truth. More and more of us are rejecting his far-right agenda every day. And polling data shows that this race is neck and neck.

But now, Rick Scott is spending millions to lie about his record and launch baseless attacks against me. I need to know that I can count on reliable voters like you to have my back this fall.
