Here's how former President Trump's visit plays in our race:

Recent polls show that President Biden and former President Trump are just about tied in a head-to-head race here in Michigan — along with our race being a dead-heat.

Given that the Senate race is the top of the ticket in the state, it’s just a matter of time until Trump turns his attacks toward us. He also already weighed in on our race — giving Republican Mike Rogers his total endorsement.

He knows that in order to win Michigan, the Republican nominee needs to win the Senate race — and he’s going to do whatever he can to make that happen.

That means we can likely expect to see Trump in Michigan a lot – this is his 4th visit in 10 months. And National Republicans will be doing everything they can to flip our state red and boost our ultimate GOP opponent in the Senate race.

So we need to continue building up our reserves if we are going to be able to fight back against the attack ads and outside spending and keep this seat blue in November.
