Voters will vote on our proposal to enshrine abortion rights in the Florida constitution. This would end the recently-passed 6-week ban.

Here are the facts you need to know:

We must win a 60% majority in November to amend our constitution.
Polls show 70% of voters on our side IF they vote.
To do that, we are hiring organizers and empowering 10,000 trained volunteers to educate the public and defeat millions of dollars in right-wing scare tactics.
PCCC has been the top national supporter of the Florida Women's Freedom Coalition, instrumental to our collection of the 1.5 million signatures that got this issue in front of the court and achieved today’s huge victory – and some of the first to really believe that it’s possible!.
The Court also ruled today that a 6-week ban will soon go into effect, over the objection of 75% of Floridians.
If we lose, right-wing forces have promised to go after IVF and other fertility treatments.

The stakes could not be higher. But so is this opportunity to enshrine abortion rights and drive record voter turnout. It all comes down to our proposed constitutional amendment!
