Minnesota Air Ventilation Pilot Grant Program
The Minnesota Department of Commerce (?Department?) seeks proposals from eligible schools (?Applicants?) throughout Minnesota for the Minnesota Air Ventilation Pilot Grant Program (?HVAC Program?). The HVAC Program created by the State Legislature (Minn. Stats. ? 123B.662 and 123B.663) is designed to improve the health and safety of school communities, and to improve energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from baseline HVAC System conditions.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) and required forms are available for download on the Department?s website (https://mn.gov/commerce/business/rfp.jsp). To apply for this grant opportunity, applicants must first complete a School Readiness Questionnaire through the grant submission portal. Submission instructions can be found in the RFP.
School Readiness Questionnaires are due on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 4:00 PM CT. Late submissions will not be considered.
This request does not obligate the State to complete the work contemplated in this notice. The State reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. All expenses incurred in responding to this notice are solely the responsibility of the responder.
