Dear Friend,
The 2024 Congressional Art Competition is underway!
The Congressional Art Competition is an annual competition for high school students across the United States. Every spring, Representatives accept submissions from students in their district, with the winning submission being displayed in the Halls of Congress for an entire year. The winning student will also have the chance to travel to Washington D.C. to meet their Representative and other talented young artists from across the county.
Congressman Emmer with previous Congressional Art Competition Winner Matthew Scherber.
This competition is a great opportunity for high school students to showcase their talents. Every year, we are impressed by the artistic promise demonstrated by the Sixth District’s young artists and look forward to reviewing this year’s submissions.
If you know a talented artist in the Sixth District who would like to participate, you can find more information on our website, here. All entries should be submitted to our District Office in Otsego (9201 Quaday Ave. NE, Suite 206, Otsego, MN 55330). The submission deadline is rapidly approaching, so don’t delay, or risk missing out on this outstanding opportunity.
Sincerely,
|
