Wow, I just got done looking over the numbers for our FIRST official End-of-Quarter filing deadline since becoming the Democratic nominee and all I can say is

Thank you!

I know that we asked a lot of you over the past few weeks, and I could not be more grateful for how this team stepped up to the plate in every way. Your support is instrumental in defeating Jim Jordan and flipping this seat into Democratic hands, and I am humbled by your support in me.

While you were sending me messages and donations of support, I went to DC and made a lot of discoveries and connections on how to bring more jobs and affordable housing to the district. I also learned what I can do to end homelessness. As if that wasn't enough, I also learned what I can do to assist the recently released with successful re-entry and reduce recidivism. I am super pumped to bring solutions to these issues that have been plaguing our district for years.

Know this, I am a fighter who will work tirelessly to send Jim packing, so I can make life better for everyone. With folks like you behind me every step of the way, I know that we WILL win this race.

We had a successful end to the quarter, but we can’t slow down. I’m headed back out into the district to make my case to voters now, but before I go I want to say from the bottom of my heart one last time: THANK YOU!
