This is AMAZING news, friend: Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand has introduced a joint resolution to finally codify the Equal Rights Amendment into the Constitution after over 100 YEARS! 

But Kirsten cannot pass this resolution without a strong Democratic Senate majority — and Republicans are targeting her seat for defeat! Please, friend, will you rush $5 or more before midnight to stand with Kirsten in her fight to win equality and defend our Senate majority?

Friend, the Equal Rights Amendment would legally end gender-based discrimination once and for all — allowing us to protect reproductive rights, enforce equal pay and so much more. And it has finally been ratified by the required 38 states.
