Hi John,
Tomorrow is Election Day, and if you haven’t voted yet, it’s important to do so!
Many people find it helpful to make a voting plan. Here are a few things you can do today to help you make it to the polls tomorrow.
1. Make sure you’re registered to vote and that your registration information is up-to-date.
2. Check your voting location and hours. Remember, if you’re in line by the time your polling place closes, you get to vote!
3. Determine what time of day you’ll vote. Set a reminder in your calendar or phone so you don't forget.
4. Make a plan for getting to your polling place by car, bike, public transportation, or another method. If you do not have transportation, many organizations throughout the state offer rides to the polls.
Also, Make sure to bring a photo ID with you to the polls!
Remember, every vote counts, and your voice deserves to be heard. So, take a few minutes today to make your voting plan and ensure you have a say in how Wisconsin moves forward.
Thank you for making a difference in our state.
Sincerely,
Nick Matuszewski
Director of Policy and Program
P.S. Your ballot tomorrow will contain two critical constitutional amendment questions. We encourage you to vote “no” on both questions to protect the integrity of Wisconsin elections. You can watch this recorded webinar hosted by the League of Women Voters if you’d like to learn more.
