BOB LINN The Nation is Calling When the White House proclaimed Easter Sunday (March 31, 2024) to be Transgender Visibility Day, the President was simply continuing to push the nation to the ever-heightened levels of depravity he has pursued every year he has been in office. Three years ago, on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, he elevated Rachel Crocker’s 2009 transgender celebration, Transgender Visibility Day, to national and international prominence. In 2009, he made this troubled and politically radicalized sliver of the population (they are less than half of 1%) a Presidential proclamation. Even prominent transgender, once known as Bruce Jenner, America's Olympic gold medal-winning decathlete, father of six children, and now calling himself a woman, said on X Saturday: I am absolutely disgusted that Joe Biden has declared the most Holy of Holy days - a self-proclaimed devout Catholic - as Transgender Day of Visibility. The only thing you should be declaring on this day is 'HE is Risen.' Apostatizing Easter Sunday from the balcony of America’s White House presented a foreboding image to the nation. Our nation’s spiritual & cultural decline impacts all fifty states, the more than 13,000 government-owned school districts, and each of the Government’s approximately 100,000 secondary schools. Hence, the impact on Oklahoma families. The trans community in America, despite the heavy barrage of pro-trans propaganda issuing from Hollywood, the news media, academia, and the teacher's union, remains at less than ½% of the population. This otherwise quite invisible sliver of America is on the frontal lobes of our cultural consciousness only because they have organized, influenced America's institutions, and become the ideological bullies of the American landscape. Their power has come from others intent on the destruction of America who have found the trans movement convenient allies. Allies who will, in the end, be expendable. It was on display last Thursday in Oklahoma at the monthly State Department of Education meeting in Oklahoma City. I watched the thirty-minute public comment portion of the meeting and what I heard would have been viewed as incomprehensible, irrational, and morally reprehensible at any time in American history and much of world history until only a decade ago. Long ago, tracks were laid for the far-left radicals we see verbally assaulting the Oklahoma State Board of Education and Ryan Walters for things like not allowing boys in girl’s restrooms and visa versa. While this radicalized agenda appears new to us, these are the echoes of the godless, evil, and vile French Revolution. In its wake, the dark clouds of sexual perversion made their way into printed and published texts. Books written by little-known revolutionaries were read by secularized academics. They were the gateway to the public through our children's classrooms. The work of Sigmund Freud, Wilhelm Reich, and surrealist Andre Breton all wrote books describe in detail the bizarre sexual eroticism which now dominates American education. From Reich’s Sexual Revolution No societal restraints on the time, place, or nature of the expression of sexual passion Society must establish sexual delight as the core element of life. The Sexual Revolution requires the dissolution of the family The concept of an indissoluble marriage is repressive Homosexuality is normal ____________ These are concepts echoed by the greatest theoretician of Surrealism, Andre Breton, who described the surrealist goal to be: To bring forever to ruin the abominable Christian notion of sin and the notion of original fall … then to establish a morality based on the exaltation of pleasure. Quoting from Augusto Del Noce’s The Crisis of Modernity: Surrealists were almost the only ones to realize a fundamental truth: the decisive battle against Christianity could be fought only at the level of the sexual revolution. __________ SEXUAL PERVERSION AND NATIONAL PROSPERITY CANNOT CO-EXIST Joseph Daniel Unwin (1895–1936) was an English ethnologist and social anthropologist at Oxford University and Cambridge University. He published 700 pages of tedious research in his book Sex and Culture (1934). Unwin studied 80 primitive tribes and six known civilizations through 5,000 years of history. The research documents a positive correlation between the cultural achievement of a people and the sexual restraint they observe. Aldous Huxley was so impressed by Unwin's massive project that he referred to Sex and Culture as a work of the highest importance. According to Unwin, after a nation becomes prosperous, it becomes increasingly liberal concerning sexual morality. It thus loses its cohesion, impetus, and purpose, which he claims is irrevocable. Unwin speaks of the impact of monogamy on societies when he says: The adoption of absolute monogamy produced good social energy. Any human society is free to choose either to display great productivity or to enjoy sexual promiscuity; the evidence is that it cannot do both for more than one generation. ~Joseph Unwin Anthropologist, Oxford, Cambridge. T.S. Eliot Nobel Prize in Literature T.S. Eliot used his considerable literary skills to urge the church to understand their obligation to do more than save souls, but to glorify God by impacting the condition of the state. In his book, The Idea of A Christian Society, he said this: The only alternative to a progressive and insidious adaptation to totalitarian worldliness is to aim at a Christian society. We have observed the lamentable results of the attempt to isolate the Church from the World. The nation is in peril and is calling to each of you for help!
