It’s Chuck Schumer, and I’m reaching out with an urgent message for all Democrats: Debbie Mucarsel-Powell’s Senate campaign in Florida is one of our BEST — and only — chances to save our Senate majority.

Polling data shows Debbie 4 points ahead, which means that it’s absolutely critical that Debbie has the resources she needs to defeat Rick Scott and his massive personal fortune. But I just heard from Debbie’s team, and they’re pacing 19% behind their critical $700,000 end-of-quarter goal!

Falling short here would be disastrous for Debbie’s campaign AND for the future of our Senate majority. As Senate Majority Leader, I simply can’t sit idly by and let that happen. So I’m personally asking — friend, will you chip in just $10 before midnight to help Debbie make up the gap and get back on track?

I know that a donation of $10 might not sound like enough to make a difference in a race like this one. But Debbie’s story shows exactly how impactful a small action can be.

You see, Debbie immigrated to America from Ecuador when she was only 14. After watching her mom work double shifts to pay the bills, Debbie got a job at the local doughnut shop.

Her minimum wage checks were small, but they helped make ends meet. Eventually that doughnut shop job made it possible for her to put herself through college, pursue a career of service, and become the first South American immigrant ever elected to Congress.

Now, Debbie is running for Senate against a megamillionaire who spent $64 MILLION to buy this seat last time around. But she’s not scared.

Debbie knows that just $10, about the cost of a dozen doughnuts, can be enough to change everything.

Just $10 will help her run ads to fight back against Scott’s lies.

Just $10 will help her hire incredible staff and travel around the state to meet voters.
