In a country like America, there is no reason why our healthcare workers should go to work without the protection they need, why our families can't get tested for a virus, or why we lack ventilators to keep people alive.

We cannot accept mediocrity from our leaders. It's time to deliver.

Yesterday I joined Speaker Pelosi and other healthcare leaders to share what we're doing to fight this pandemic -- and the actions we're taking to defend the Affordable Care Act, the vital healthcare law our families need more than ever.

Team, I have to tell you, it recently feels like we are living in the Twilight Zone.

The President of the United States just yesterday refused to reopen the healthcare enrollment period, denying uninsured Americans health coverage during this pandemic. And worse, he's doubling-down on his lawsuit to destroy the ACA in its entirety.

While the President is playing politics with American lives -- we're defending the ACA at the Supreme Court, and also taking actions to protect workers, students, immigrants, and all families during this pandemic.
