Friends, I recently filed my paperwork to officially appear on the ballot for re-election. I’m grateful to the tens of thousands of Virginians who signed petitions on my behalf and to all the volunteers and organizers who helped us qualify. 

I’m running to continue standing up for Virginia in the U.S. Senate. And I firmly believe the race for control of the Senate — and the White House — runs right through Virginia.

Together, we’ve accomplished so much to build our Commonwealth and country up, from passing historic investments in infrastructure to strengthening our economy and creating millions of jobs, but there’s so much left to do. 

It’s going to take all of us working together to secure Democratic victories in November. And with just a few hours left before my team closes the books on the first FEC fundraising deadline of this election year, we’re still a few bucks short of our goal.
