Folks – We kicked off our canvassing this weekend and had great conversations with voters who are looking for something different on the ballot this year.

We made some fantastic connections, including a new friend named Pepper (and her owner, a supporter) in Mt. Vernon:

We still have a lot of ground to cover, but we WILL be on the ballot for the upcoming August primary.

Right now I’m reaching out to get your help. I’m only $1,463 short of our March fundraising goal, and I have a few key expenses coming up in April that we need to meet.

I only need 60 people to give $25 today to close the gap. Can you pitch in?

My opponent is a former lobbyist turned career politician who only answers to corporations. In the two decades he has held this seat, people in our district have seen our economic opportunities shrink as corporations concentrate their power and put profits over everything.

I believe that when working people in WA-02 see that someone is actually working FOR THEM and not for their corporate bosses, they will back me up and help me fight for their rights.

That’s what I’m counting on, and I need your help to pull it off.
