John, we’re in the final hours ahead of Nancy’s crucial FEC end-of-quarter deadline and I just wanted to bump this note from Nancy (and reshare her amazing blueberry coffee cake recipe).

The money we raise will help us continue to grow our team with new staff, speak with voters across the district about Nancy’s plans to put New Yorkers first, and defeat her extreme opponents, George Santos and Nick LaLota, in November.

Read Nancy’s message below, then make a donation of $5 – or more if you can! – ahead of tonight’s midnight deadline.

Thanks!

Hey team, it’s Nancy.

We’re coming up on the final hours before our first FEC filing deadline of 2024, so you can probably imagine that I’m a little bit stressed. One thing that always helps me relax though is baking, so I’m whipping up my blueberry coffee cake to share with my team, and I thought I’d share the recipe with you too!

The other thing that will calm my nerves is a strong fundraising number before midnight tonight so we have the resources to take on my MAGA opponents in the fall. That’s why I’m sending one last message, and personally asking:

Will you consider chipping in $5, or whatever you can, before our FEC end-of-quarter deadline at midnight? >> [link removed]

Blueberry Coffee Cake

Cake:

1 ½ c sugar
½ c butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 t vanilla extract
4 c all-purpose flour
4 t baking powder
½ t salt
3 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Streusel topping:
1 c brown sugar
½ c butter, softened
2/3 c flour

Preheat oven to 375°. For cake batter, cream sugar and butter together in a large mixing bowl.
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla to creamed mixture, and mix until thoroughly blended. In a separate
bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until blended. Add blueberries to flour
mixture and stir to distribute. Add flour/blueberry mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until
well blended. Pour batter into a greased 9”x13” pan. Prepare streusel topping by creaming
together the brown sugar and butter, then mixing in the flour. Crumble streusel over batter to
cover the top surface. Bake at 375° for 35-45 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out
clean. Let cool before slicing.

Please consider pitching in $5 – or whatever works for your budget – ahead of our FEC end-of-quarter deadline. >> [link removed]

Thanks for your support,

Nancy

P.S. If you try out my coffee cake recipe, share it with your friends and family, and let them know why you’re supporting my campaign in November!
