You’ll often hear me refer to Maine as a big, small town, John. And if you live here, you already know what I mean. Run into someone else from Maine while traveling, and it usually won’t take long to find a connection — whether through a mutual friend, favorite farmers’ market, or mutual love for a good ol’ red snapper.
Being a big, small town also means that your support for my campaign makes a significant difference. While I work outside the two-party system to solve issues that matter to you in D.C., I need your support here at home.
I’m up for re-election this year, and we need to mobilize all of our supporters, and I hope that includes you, John! Will you contribute $10 to our campaign?
This is one of the most important days of our campaign so far. Our first FEC End-of-Quarter Fundraising Deadline of the year is at midnight, and our numbers will help decide the strategy moving forward.
As long as I’m Senator, I promise to never stop fighting to ease the burden on working families, create good-paying jobs in the state of Maine, improve the quality of life for Maine people statewide, and find common ground to bring us together. But in order to stay in the fight, I need your help.
Let’s come together as a big, small town to stand up for our Maine values. Will you chip in now to support our campaign before the midnight deadline?
Thank you, John.
