Hi, it's Elizabeth Warren.

Here’s how I see it: We not only have to spend the next year fighting back against MAGA extremists trying to take away our freedoms -- we also have to build on our progress and continue making real, transformative change for working families.

We’ve got to reshape our economy so it works for everyone -- not just the wealthy few. We’ve got to make child care affordable so that it doesn’t eat up an entire paycheck. We’ve got to stop corporations from price gouging so people don’t wince every time they look at their grocery store receipt. We’ve got to write a fairer tax code so that a public school teacher doesn’t pay a higher tax rate than a billionaire.

Big problems require big solutions. That’s what Democrats are fighting for. But none of this can happen if we don’t secure victories up and down the ballot in 2024. That’s why I’m reaching out to you today: Can you split a donation between my re-election campaign and the DNC ahead of tonight’s end-of-quarter fundraising deadline so we have the resources to beat the GOP?

Republicans love to say that they’re the party of “family values” -- the party that looks out for parents and kids. Give me a break. I could go on, and on, and on…and on about how Republicans don’t do anything to actually support families.

While they fight to give their rich buddies more tax breaks and take away our freedoms, Democrats are fighting to strengthen the middle class and safeguard our freedoms.

But here’s the latest twist: The MAGA Republican machine couldn’t find a single Republican in Massachusetts to run against me -- so they brought in a guy from Rhode Island who has the backing of special interest groups. That unlocks an opportunity for national Republicans, billionaires, and corporate interests to invest in getting me -- and the plans we’re fighting for -- out of office.

Across the country, we’re competing against national Republicans insistent on taking control of the Senate and advancing Trump’s agenda. We’re up against their wealthy allies who are determined to thwart our efforts to tax the rich, rein in big banks, and ensure our government serves working people.

And when Republican politicians win elections and get their way:

More parents are forced to ration groceries and watch their children go hungry.

More parents are forced to have hushed conversations at the kitchen table after they’ve put their kids to bed -- conversations about how on earth they’re going to make rent, pay the mortgage, or cover medical bills.

More parents -- especially moms -- are forced to give up their careers because child care costs more than their salary.

More parents are forced to make impossible choices between going to work that day so they can buy groceries or staying home so they can take care of a sick child.

More kids are forced to go to under-funded public schools, where some get cruelly punished for having little to no funds in their lunch accounts.

More teachers are forced to deal with red tape that stops them from teaching honest lessons about Black history, or from trying to create safe, welcoming classroom environments for LGBTQ+ students.

More working people and more retirees are forced to struggle to make ends meet and afford life-saving prescription drugs.

All this, while actively stripping away the fundamental rights of women to make choices about their bodies and their futures -- disproportionately impacting low-income women and women of color.

I’m not willing to accept any of this -- and I hope you aren’t either. We need to do everything we can to keep Republicans out of power this year -- and a powerful way you can strengthen this fight is by splitting a contribution before tonight’s critical FEC fundraising deadline.
