First, Alabama’s Supreme Court put access to IVF in peril after issuing a reckless decision that categorizes frozen embryos as “people.”

Then, Alabama lawmakers passed legislation trying to fix the problem they created, causing even more chaos for would-be parents and IVF clinics.

Now, another Groundwork target state, Oklahoma, is potentially going down the same route:
