At a time when Americans are coming together to confront the COVID-19 global pandemic, the Trump administration is pushing ahead with a reckless and divisive plan to weaken America’s Clean Car Standards.

2 out of 3 Americans support the Clean Car Standards as they are. And a bipartisan coalition of 24 governors have opposed the administration’s rollback. Automakers like Ford, Honda, BMW and Volkswagen have gotten on board and have joined California’s efforts to support tougher standards.

But the administration continues to ignore the science, the economics and the will of the people. They know COVID-19 attacks people with respiratory problems, yet their plan will make more Americans vulnerable.

That’s why our legal team is preparing a robust legal strategy to block the administration’s actions in court. It’s our last recourse in this fight – and we need your help.
