HAPPY EASTER, BIDEN PROCLAMATION, and UPCOMING EVENTS
Happy Easter
This picture was taken in May of 1988. I landed in Austin, TX, fully enjoying my first spring season under freedom, it is so sweet that I could smell it from a rose.
I had to plan carefully for two years to leave China. In order to quit my job as an assistant professor of law, I first needed permission from the CCP. A condition for my release was I must sign an agreement promising to return to my job after I obtain my master's degree in the US.
I was very worried about getting stuck inside China, never be able to leave legally. I even dreamed of digging a hole in the ground, then swimming through the Pacific Ocean to America.
Even today, I still have occasional nightmares that I was forever trapped there.
God has blessed me in this country. I know what freedom means and I will never take it for granted. That is why I am running for US House in #NH02 to defend our rights and freedoms.

Biden’s Proclamation
President Biden officially proclaimed March 31st, the traditional holiday of Easter, the “Transgender Day of Visibility”.

Not all Christians will disagree with this proclamation of course, but many will. I think Biden’s proclamation is purposely divisive and antagonistic to many Christians though, and completely unnecessary. I am sure many on the left think that it is clever politically and are snickering behind closed doors. At most it is clever by half - and completely insensitive.
