Happy Holiday Weekend!

While you’re spending time with your loved ones this weekend, I want to personally reach out and thank you, John.

Your support does not go unnoticed, and I am excited to see what the rest of this year brings. I know that with your support, we will be able to win this November.

Today is Easter Sunday. It’s also Cesar Chavez Day, and I want to highlight the civil and labor rights activist who has paved the way for modern-day labor movements today. His work fighting for migrant farm workers’ rights brought about the 1975 California Agricultural Labor Relations Act.

His legacy still lives on today through his granddaughter, campaign manager for President Biden. Their work has transformed so many lives, especially those from marginalized communities.

So much of what he fought for hangs in the balance this election year, including labor rights for hard working Americans. That’s why we need to keep our momentum up, so we can invest in our communities and win for all Americans.
