The early bird catches the worm, John!

I couldn’t sleep much because I was worried we wouldn’t reach our end-of-quarter fundraising goal by midnight tonight. That’s why I’m up early to go through our latest fundraising projections over my morning coffee.

Look, I never like to start my day off with bad news. But we’re racing towards our first FEC deadline of the year and we’re still pacing 23% behind our end-of-quarter goal. Even worse, this is the first time we have to publicly report our fundraising numbers since Trump endorsed our opponent.
