Tomorrow’s
FEC deadline is the most important moment of my re-election campaign yet.
I’d like to explain why:

This will be the first time we publicly report our fundraising numbers
since a Republican challenger jumped in the race.

This challenger was recruited from outside Massachusetts, has pledged
$500,000 of his own money to his campaign, and can invite national
Republicans, billionaires, and corporate interests to invest in getting me
— and the plans we’re fighting for — out of office.

We know that national Republicans will do anything to take away our Senate
majority and pass Trump’s extremist policies — like a national abortion
ban.

We know that billionaires will use their piles of money to stop
politicians who are fighting to make them finally pay their fair share in
taxes.

And we know that wealthy corporate interests will support any political
agenda that means less accountability, less oversight, and less taxes for
them.

They’ll be looking at our public fundraising report to gauge just how
strong we are. So let’s show them what they’re up against:

[ [link removed] ]If you’re able to make a contribution to support my re-election
campaign today, will you contribute
$28 or any
amount? Your contribution will help demonstrate the strength of our
grassroots campaign to our opponents — and secure the resources we need to
compete against these outside interests.

Yes, 2024 is about keeping Trump out of the White House. That is a top
priority. But it’s also about making sure Democrats can defeat Republicans
everywhere. It’s about the policies we’re fighting for, and the people who
those policies benefit.

That’s why I’m fighting for policies like universal child care, taxing the
rich, and making the Supreme Court follow a standard code of ethics.
Policies that put power in the hands of working people instead of
benefiting the wealthy and powerful.

I’m taking this FEC fundraising deadline seriously because — and I want to
be clear — we need to take this race very seriously.

Because we can’t underestimate the amount of support my opponent will
receive from national Republicans and special interests.

We can’t underestimate the threat of Republicans controlling the Senate,
passing a national abortion ban, and other extremist items on Donald
Trump’s agenda.

And we can’t underestimate what would happen if our progressive movement
for universal child care, big bank regulations, and taxing the rich did
not have a voice in Congress.

[ [link removed] ]Unlike my opponent, this campaign is funded by grassroots donors. So if
you’re able, I need you to pitch in
$28 or
anything you can right now before midnight tomorrow so we can demonstrate
our movement’s strength on our upcoming FEC fundraising report.

Thanks for being a part of this,

Elizabeth
